The CdSe core is highly uniform with a narrow particle size distribution (±10%). The CdS shell is less than 1nm and stabilizes the core. The second shell of ZnS provides additional stability and is 1-2 nm thick.

有機(jī)相制備量子點(diǎn)
在有機(jī)相中制備量子點(diǎn)主要采用有機(jī)金屬法，有機(jī)金屬法是在高沸點(diǎn)的有機(jī)溶劑中通過(guò)前驅(qū)體熱解制備量子點(diǎn)的方法，即將有機(jī)金屬前驅(qū)體溶液注進(jìn)250-300℃的配體溶液中，前驅(qū)體在高溫條件下迅速熱解并成核，晶核緩慢生長(zhǎng)成量子點(diǎn)，通過(guò)配體的吸附作用阻滯晶核生長(zhǎng)，并穩(wěn)定在溶劑中。
